Prior to joining the Legislature, Lori Saine served as a city councilwoman for the city of Dacono. She also worked as the regional sales director for Text Mobile Alerts. In her community, Rep. Saine helped charter the Women of Weld Group. She served on Dacono’s Planning Commission and as chair of Dacono’s Economic Development Committee and was instrumental in branding Dacono as the home of extreme sports in Colorado. She also represented Dacono at the Carbon Valley Chamber of Commerce, the Carbon Valley Recreation District and the Steering Committee for the Southwest Weld Economic Development Initiative.
Rep. Saine is a dedicated mother and member of the Christian Faith who plays an active role within her community and helped initiate the Carbon Valley Veteran’s Memorial Project. She volunteers with Rocky Mountain Christian Church, Carbon Valley Young Life, Habitat for Humanity and the Denver Rescue Mission. Rep. Saine and her husband live with their daughter in Dacono. Their family enjoys hiking, Biking, camping, rafting, kayaking, and visiting Colorado’s many beautiful state and national parks
